Print-at-home PDF
The PDF is a digital download delivered instantly after checkout, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds on the PDF. If the file will not open or download, email support@gingerfruit.com and we will help you get it.
Paperback
The paperback is sold and shipped by Amazon. Amazon handles shipping, returns and refunds for the paperback under its own policy, which you can find on your Amazon orders page.
Shipping
The PDF has no shipping. It downloads right away. Paperback shipping is handled by Amazon.
