Privacy
The short version: this website collects nothing about your child, and nothing about you unless you choose to give us your email address.
This website
gingerfruit.com has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only form is an optional email sign-up for adults. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, counts page visits with a cookie-free analytics tool and keeps standard technical logs. Neither identifies you.
Children
This site is written for parents, caregivers and teachers. We don’t ask children for any information and we don’t knowingly collect any.
Downloads and purchases
Free and paid downloads are delivered by Payhip, a separate company. When you check out there, Payhip collects your email address and, for paid items, your payment details. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your download and, if you agree at checkout, send occasional news about new GingerFruit books. We never see your card number. Payhip’s privacy policy explains how they handle that information.
Email list
If you sign up on this site, or agree at Payhip checkout, your email address is added to our mailing list. The list is kept by Kit, a separate email company, and you’ll be asked to confirm by email before anything else is sent. We use it only to tell you about new GingerFruit books and free pages, we don’t sell or share it, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Kit records whether emails are opened and links are clicked. Kit’s privacy policy explains how they handle that information.
Fonts
The lettering on this site is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch it.
